Abigail was born in Rattlesden, Suffolk, England.1   Abigail's father was Richard Kimball and her mother was Ursula Kimball.  Her paternal grandparents are Henry Kimball and Johan Kimball; her maternal grandparents were Henry Scott and Martha Scott. She had seven brothers and six sisters, named Henry, Benjamin, John, Thomas, Caleb, Richard, Alexander, Elizabeth, Sarah, Mary, Ursula, Martha and Mary.  She died on June 17th, 1658 in Salisbury, Essex, Massachusetts.2
