Martha was born on February 25th, 1650 in Duxbury, Plymouth, Massachusetts.1   Martha's father was William Pabodie and her mother was Elizabeth Pabodie.  Her paternal grandfather was John Paybody and her paternal grandmother is Isabell Paybody; her maternal grandparents were John Alden and Pricilla Alden. She had two brothers and nine sisters, named John, William, Mary, Mercy, Priscilla, Ruth, Sarah, Rebecca, Hannah, Lydia and Elizabeth.  She died at the age of 61 on January 25th, 1712 in Little Compton, Newport, Rhode Island.1
