Sarah was born on January 19th, 1645 in Concord, Middlesex, Massachusetts.1   Sarah's father was George Hayward and her mother was Mary Hayward. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Joseph, George, Simeon, William, Mary, Hannah, Elizabeth and Anna.  She died at the age of 64 on July 14th, 1709 in Lancaster, Massachusetts.2
