Arthur U. was born on September 17th, 1911.  Arthur U.'s father was Abraham Louis Skop and his mother was Necha Flora (Feigelcha) Pieniek.  His paternal grandparents are Moishe Aron Skop and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were David Eleazer (Layzer)  Pieniek and Rana Temara Braun. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Morris Aaron, David Leon, Miriam and Myrtle Rivka.  Arthur U. and Myrtle Rivka were twins.  He died at the age of 83 on September 7th, 1995 in Florida.1
