Ruchla was born in 1809.  Ruchla's father was Dawid Pieniek and her mother was Fayga. She had two brothers and a sister, named Moyzesz, Tobiasz and Haia Sora.  She was the youngest of the four children.  She died at the age of 16 on June 28th, 1825 in Golub-Dobrzyn, Poland.1
