Dawid was born on May 17th, 1832 in Golub-Dobrzyn, Poland.1   Dawid's father was Tobiasz Pieniek and his mother was Ester Bezbrody.  His paternal grandparents were Dawid Pieniek and Fayga; his maternal grandparents were Tobiasz Bezbrody and Nacha. He had four brothers and a sister, named Ber, Abram Lewin (Layb), Cadek, David Eleazer (Layzer)  and Bayla Hana.  He was the third oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 5 on December 31st, 1837 in Golub-Dobrzyn, Poland.1
