    "GIFFORD. Helen (Pieniak) Gifford, 75, of 7 Deborah Road, Windsor Locks, widow of William H. Gifford, who died in 1970, died Sunday (July 16, 1995) at a local convalescent home. Born in New Britain, she had lived in Windsor Locks for most of her life, where she had been employed at the former Gabb Specialty Products. She is survived by a son, Windsor Locks Police Chief William J. Gifford and his wife, Sandra, of Windsor Locks; a daughter, Sherry Fader and her husband, Bruce, of Randolph, Mass.;..."
