Charles was born about April 1866 in Barking Essex and his christening took place on April 29th, 1866 at St Margaret's  Church Barking.  Charles' father was Charles Alexander Vesey (Miller) and his mother is Sarah      Ann Clark.  His paternal grandparents were Jonas Vesey (b Ingatestone Fisherman) and Sarah Ann Jefferies Fincham (Lodging House Keeper).  He was an only child.  Charles is no longer alive.
