William STATON

William was born in 1843 in Mosborough, Yorkshire, England. William's father was John STATON and his mother was Mary Anne SCALES. His paternal grandparents were Thomas STATON and Frances SNAPE. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Charles, George, John, Ralph, Samuel, Benjamin, Sarah, Alice and Charlotte. He was the oldest of the ten children.
