Hugh Vernon SHIRT

Hugh was born in 1916 in Carlisle, Cumbria, England. Hugh's father was Cecil Vernon SHIRT and his mother was Lily IRVING. His paternal grandparents were Arthur SHIRT and Edith WILSON. He had a brother and four sisters, named Arthur, Edith, Lily, Kathleen and Celia. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 70 in 1986.
