John Boyer

John was born about 1690 in Lancaster CTY, PA. John 's father was Samuel Boyer and his mother was ??? ???. He was an only child. He died on May 29th, 1756 in Conesroga, Lancaster, PA. His burial was in Byerland Graveyard.

General Notes
- "A warranty of land dated 16 JAN 1733 conveyed 200 acres to a Hans Boyer in Lancaster Co. His will, made 27 MAR 1748, and probated 29 MAY 1756, names his eight children. His executors were Christain Brenneman and Jacob Boyer, very likely a brother, since he had no son named Jacob."
  
  He established a Tannery and Bark Mill in what became Boyerland. This is now Pequea Twp
  
  Attended Byerland Church, erected in 1748 and is the oldest Mennonite Church in the US
