"A warranty of land dated 16 JAN 1733 conveyed 200 acres to a Hans Boyer in Lancaster Co. His will, made 27 MAR 1748, and probated 29 MAY 1756, names his eight children. His executors were Christain Brenneman and Jacob Boyer, very likely a brother, since he had no son named Jacob."
