Anna was born on August 12th, 1850.  Anna's father was Samual Gray and her mother was Mary Jane McFarland.  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph [Coole Glebe] Gray and Susanna Brewster. She had a brother and four sisters, named Edward, Lucille, Isabella, Martha and Ella.  She was the oldest of the six children.  She died at the age of 86 on September 18th, 1936.
