  This John Gordon is apparantly not related to our Gordons but his sons inherited the Maine from my grandfather, Tommy Gordon. His father is Thomas Gordon according to marriage entry in Finvoy Presbyterian Church records. This is the "Orange" Thomas who married a  Gamble according to Robert McKay whom I spoke to down in Lislea who now lives next door to the Gordons who now own the Maine. "Orange" Thomas' wife was Mary Jane and his father was James Gordon according to his marriage entry in 1st Kilrea PC records.
