JAMES TURNBULL RENFREW, Accountant in Glasgow, Trustee on the sequestrated estates of MESSRS A.&J. RENNIE, House Factors, No.80, Union Street, Glasgow, and of Archibald Finlay Rennie and John Mackichan Rennie, both House Factors, and residing in Claremont Street, Glasgow, the Individual Partners of that Company, as such, and as Individuals, hereby intimates that at the general meeting of Creditors held on the 18th current, the Bankrupts made an offer of composition of Sixpence per pound to their Creditors on all debts due by the said Company and Individual Partners at the date of the sequestration of their estates, payable within one month after their final discharge, and offered Mr Robert Miller, Slater, 124, Stobcross Street, Glasgow, as their security; the Bankrupts further offered to pay or provide for the whole expences of the sequestration and the remuneration to the Trustee: That the Creditors present at said meeting having unanimously resolved that the offer and security should be entertained for consideration, Notice is hereby given that another general meeting of Creditors will be held within the Chambers of the said James Turnbull Renfrew, No.98, West George Street Glasgow, on Thursday - the 18th day of February next, at two o'clock afternoon, for the purpose of finally deciding on the Bankrupt's offer and the security proposed.
