Josephte was born on February 19th, 1874 in NECHE, N.DAK.. Josephte's father was Hyacinthe Villeneuve and her mother was Pauline Larence. Her paternal grandparents were Francois Villeneuve (Lafourche) and Helene Vallee; her maternal grandparents were Norbert Laurence and Josephte Parenteau. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Antoine, Robert, Frank, Marie and Aggie. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died about 1907 in Leroy, ND.-
