Gurine, known as Gertrude, was born in 1865 in Dunsmuir, Norway.

Gertrude's father was Unknown Norway and her mother was Unknown Norway.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 94 in 1959.  She was buried at the Mount Si Memorial Cemetery.¹
