Gertrude KOCH

Gertrude was born on April 5th, 1908 in Hungary.¹ Gertrude's father was Joseph KOCH and her mother was Anna HART. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph KOCH and Gerty VEKELE; her maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Joseph, Frank, Matthew, Wendell, Mattez, Anna, Elizabeth, Vera and Marie.¹

General Notes
- Came to Canada with her parents in 1926 and lived in Ashern where she met and married Andrew Leitold. Lived in St. Anne, Manitoba for two years and then moved to Montreal, PQ. Moved to Cornwall, ON for two years and then back to Montreal, where they lived until retirement and then moved to Winnipeg.
