Peter's father was Francis (Frank) Victor KNIGHT and his mother was Mary Jane HEYLAND. His paternal grandparents were Peter KNIGHT and Mary Anne SMITH; his maternal grandparents were John H. HIGHLAND and Letitia KENNY. He had two sisters named Ann and Letitia. He had three half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Jr., Percy, George, Winifred, Eva, Emma, Ethel and <Unknown>. He died at the age of 74 on April 1st, 1954 in Bentley AB Canada.
