Henry was born on August 17th, 1762 in Tryon Co., New York Province.  Henry's father was Pvt Johann Adam Butler's Rangers Young and his mother is Catherine Elizabeth Schremling.  His paternal grandparents are Theobald Young (Jung) and unk; his maternal grandparents are Schremling and <Unknown>. He had four brothers named Daniel, Abraham, Joseph and John.  Henry and Abraham are twins.
