  •  That JOSEPH WILSON, guardian of the estates of WILLIAM WILSON, MARTHA WILSON,
      JANE WILSON, JAMES WILSON, ELLEN WILSON and RACHAEL WILSON, minor children of
      Joseph Wilson and Jane Wilson his wife, late JANE FULLERTON, and JAMES WALKER
      and SARAH WALKER his wife, late SARAH WILSON, who is also a minor, are hereby
      authorized to sell all the rights and title in possession of the minor
      children, to a tract of land situated in the township of Hanover, Washington
      county, containing 70 acres,(it being the same piece of land of which HENRY
      FULLERTON, dec. who was the grandfather of the minor children, died seized,)
      and to make and execute a good deed of conveyance to the purchaser, and the
      proceeds shall be vested in other real estate.

    As a newcomer to this list, I would appreciate any information that anyone
    has related to the following:
    
    
    
    I am looking for Wilson information, my mother's maiden name.
    
    
    
    Joseph Wilson apparently was born in Washington County or nearby in 1785.
    He married Jane Fullerton, daughter of Henry Fullerton, date unknown.  He
    emigrated to Jackson County Ohio around 1838 after Henry Fullerton died.
    Joseph lived in Jackson County until 1871, when he died; Jane died in 1873.
    He owned a fair amount of land in Jackson County.  I have a significant
    information about Joseph and his wife and children from the Jackson County
    end, but not much from the Washington County end. 
    
    
    
    First goal:  I am trying to prove that he had a son Robert M. Wilson (my
    direct ancestor), born around 1812, who appears in the Beaver County census
    in 1850, and who also emigrated to Jackson County Ohio around 1854 and died
    there in 1858.  Joseph's will does not mention Robert, but there is a lot of
    indirect evidence linking the two. 
    
    
    
    Second goal:  If Robert  is not Joseph's son, I would like to establish who
    are Robert's parents
