James Thorpe

James was born about 1735. James' father was Thomas Tharpe Thorpe and his mother was Sarah Triplett (poss native). His paternal grandparents were Thomas Tharpe Thorpe III and Frances Blott; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Triplett and Sarah Unk. He had a brother and two sisters, named Elizabeth, Mary and Selah Celia Tharp Tharpe.
