William Marshall

William was born in 1780 in Anne Arundel Co. Maryland. William's father was Thomas Marshall and his mother was Nancy (Ann) Oliver. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Marshall III and Margaret Wells; his maternal grandparents were William Oliver and Martha. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Alexander, Samuel Martin, Riley grew up Greenbriar Co VA, Sarah, Nancy, Polly, Eleanor Elender, Wilmoth and Elizabeth Ann (Betsy). He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died about October 1839 in Bedford Co., Virginia.
