Philip Thomas Marshall

Philip Thomas was born on July 20th, 1776 in Charles Co., Maryland. Philip Thomas' father was Robert Marshall and his mother was Anne Elgin. His paternal grandparents were Richard Marshall Sr and Mary Douglas. He had two brothers and a sister, named James Elgin, John and Violette. He was the third oldest of the four children. He had a half-sister named Eleanor. He died at the age of 38 on May 1st, 1815 in Charles Co., Maryland.
