Lillian Cecil Marshall

Lillian Cecil was born on September 2nd, 1910 in Coleman, TX. Lillian Cecil's father was James William Marshall and her mother was <Unknown>. Her paternal grandparents were William B Marshall and Martha Jane Kiser. She had two brothers and a sister, named Clarence Elmo, Garland William and Vera Elizabeth.
