Willam was born about 1758.  Willam's father was James Lowrie interpreter Lowrey (Croatoan) III and his mother was Sarah Sally Kearsy Kearsey (Tuscarora 1/2).  His paternal grandparents were Judge James of Virginia Lowrey ii and one of his ebony sultanas. He had two brothers and a sister, named Thomas, James and Mary.  He died on May 28th, 1847.
