Susannah Harlan

Susannah was born about 1782. Susannah's father was Ellis TRADER Harlan and her mother was Catherine Ka-Ti Kingfisher (Ani'-Wa'ya = Wolf Clan (Nanye'hi)). Her paternal grandfather was Ezekiel Harlan and her paternal grandmother is Hannah Osborn; her maternal grandparents were Chief Kingfisher (Ani'-Kawi' = Deer Clan (Ga-ho-ga)) and Nancy Prophetess Na-ni Ghi-Ga-U aka Nancy Ward Nanye-hi ("One Who Goes About") Ward (Ani'-Wa'ya = Wolf Clan (Nanye'hi)). She had three brothers and four sisters, named George, George, Ezekiel, Nannie, Elizabeth, Ruth and Sallie. She was the fifth oldest of the eight children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named John, Samuel and Jennie.
