Josiah Furman (Forman)

Josiah was born in 1683 in Newtown, Queens Co., Long Island, NY. Josiah's father was Josiah Josias Furman and his mother was Sarah Strickland. His paternal grandfather was Josias Furman and his paternal grandmother is Alice Angelche Beers; his maternal grandparents are Edmund Strickland and <Unknown>. He had two brothers and three sisters, named RIchard, 3 others, Sarah, Martha Mary and Mercy. He died at the age of 67 on December 30th, 1750.
