Frederick or Charles Duncan

Frederick or Charles was born about 1761. Frederick or Charles' father is William Duncan III and his mother is Ruth Raleigh (Rawley). His paternal grandparents are Charles Duncan and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents are Matthew immigrant Raleigh and unk Floyd. He had five brothers named William J, John Pekin, Rice, James Raleigh and James or Joseph. He is the youngest of the six children.
