Isaac was born on May 28th, 1795 in Milton, Nelson County, Kentucky.  Isaac's father was Ahimaz Chambers and his mother was Hannah Marshall.  His paternal grandparents were Anthony Chambers and Magdalene or Catherine Sprotsmar; his maternal grandparents were John Marshall and Deborah LNU. He had three brothers and a sister, named Anthony, John, 9 children and Deborah Marshall.  He died at the age of 65 on July 21st, 1860 in Jefferson Indiana.
