Robert was born in 1663 in Stoke by Nayland, Suffolk.1   Robert's father was Robert Rosier and his mother was Miriam.  His paternal grandfather was Thomas Rosier and his paternal grandmother is <Unknown>. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Edward, Robert, Richard, Joanna, Sarah and Ellen.  He was the oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 3 in 1666 in Stoke by Nayland, Suffolk.  The funeral took place in 1666 in Parish Church of St. Mary, Stoke by Nayland, Suffolk.1 1
