David Keith Millichap

David was born on August 19th, 1922 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. David's father was Philip John Millichap and his mother was Winifred E Barrett. His paternal grandparents were Philip Millichap and Harriett Matilda Andrews. He had two sisters named Joan and Betty / Elizabeth. He died at the age of 75 in March 1998 in Cornwall.
