Charles Lowen

Charles was born in 1886 in Leicester, Leicestershire.¹ Charles' father was Trevannion Stephen Lowen and his mother was Mary Ann Chivers. His paternal grandparents were Henry Lowen and Elizabeth Jane Fox. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Henry, Frederick, George, Walter, Amy, Caroline, Mary, Eliza, Rosina and Gertrude.
