Charles Lowen

Charles was born in 1907 in Newcastle on Tyne, St Andrews, Northumberland.¹ Charles' father was Henry Trevannion Lowen and his mother was Margaret. His paternal grandparents were Trevannion Stephen Lowen and Mary Ann Chivers. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Henry, Gordon, Kathleen and Eleanorah. He was the third oldest of the five children.
