Dorothy was born on October 31st, 1858.1   Dorothy's father was Elijah Lowe and her mother was Ann Dodd.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Lowe and Hannah Bozen; her maternal grandparents were Samuel Dodd and <Unknown>.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 70 on January 16th, 1929.1
