Frances Hughes

Frances was born in 1879 in Chester, Cheshire.¹ Frances' father was John Hughes and her mother was Frances A Griffiths. Her paternal grandparents were Peter Hughes and Ann Walker. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Arthur, John, Joesph, William, Albert, Florence, Ethel and Gladys. She was the oldest of the nine children.
