Eliza Chandler

Eliza was born in 1875 in Bow, London.¹ Eliza's father was Charles John Chandler and her mother was Elizabeth A Lowen. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Lowen and Elizabeth Jane Fox. She had two brothers and a sister, named Charles, Henry and Susan. She was the oldest of the four children.
