OBITUARY;  Floyd Mae Boles, 91, died Sunday at Norton Suburban Hospital. She was the former Floyd Skaggs, a native of Green County, a retired employee of the blending department at Philip Morris USA, where she worked 29 years, and a member of Gospel Kingdom Church.
   Survivors:  a son, Elwood Boles; a sister, Lilly A. Skaggs, who cared for her; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
   Funeral: 1 p.m. Wednesday, Owen 5317 Dixie Highway. Burial: Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: 2-9 p.m. Tuesday.
