Hugh de Saint Philbert 
Hugh was born in 1225 in Bray, Maidenhead, Berkshire, England.1 Hugh's father was Hugh de Saint Philbert and his mother was <Unknown>. His paternal grandparents were Hugh de Saint Philbert and <Unknown>. He was an only child. He died at the age of 47 in 1272.1 General Notes
HUGH DE SAINT PHILIBERT, son and heir, whose age was stated as 24 in 1249, did homage in 1249-50. In 1258 he fined for not having crossed with the King to Gascony, and in June 1259 was bailed out of Northampton prison, where he lay charged with the death of one Richard Aumfrey. He sided with the Barons in 1264, his lands being granted to John de Haversham. It is not certain whether they had been restored in 1272, when he was still living.
