Joan de la Bere

Joan was born in 1296 in Tolverne, Cornwall, England.¹ Joan's father was John de le Bere and her mother was Agnes de Turberville. Her paternal grandparents were Richard de le Bere and Sybil de Chabbenor; her maternal grandparents were Sir Payne de Turberville and Gwenthelliam Talbot. She had two sisters named Elizabeth and Sybil. She was the oldest of the three children.
