Parthena Skaggs 
Parthena was born on August 1st, 1847 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 Parthena's father was William Scott Skaggs and her mother was Ellen J.. Her paternal grandparents were William (Bustle) Skaggs and Martha Patsy Perry. She had three brothers and two sisters, named James, William, David, Lucy and Mary. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 74 on October 6th, 1921 in Larue Co., Kentucky.1 -
