William Newton Rhew 
William Newton was born on September 20th, 1874 in KY. William Newton's father was Jessie Thomas Rhew and his mother was Sarah F. Chandler. His paternal grandparents were John Ruffin Rhew and Susan Roberts. He had four brothers and four sisters, named David Thomas, James Edward, Harrison Joshua, Jessie George H., Susie Francis, Mary Elizabeth, Hattie Ann Harriet and Ida Jane.
