Gregoria was born in 0885.1 Gregoria's father was Emperor Basileos (The Macedonian) of Byzantium I and her mother was Eudoxia Ingerina of Byzantium. Her paternal grandparents were Konstantinos of Macedonia and Princess of Armenia Pancalo Bagratidina; her maternal grandparents were Inger Martinakes and <Unknown>.
