Sir William Plumpton 
William was born on October 7th, 1404 in Plumpton, Yorkshire, England.1 William's father was Sir Robert Plumpton and his mother was Alice Foljambe. His paternal grandparents were Sir William Plumpton and Alice Gisburn; his maternal grandparents were Sir Godfrey Foljambe III and Isabel Leeke. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Geoffrey, Robert, Margaret, Alice, Elizabeth and Millicent. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 76 on October 15th, 1480 in Plumpton, Yorkshire, England.1 -
