Maude Neville

Maude was born in 1420 in Rolleston, Nottinghamshire, England.¹ Maude's father was Thomas de Neville and her mother was Elizabeth Babington. Her paternal grandparents were Robert de Neville and Alice Langford; her maternal grandparents were Chief Justice of England William Babington and Margery Martell. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Roger, Thomas, William, John, Margaret, Elizabeth, Katherine and Alice. She was the oldest of the nine children.
