Lula Nan Nelms 
Lula Nan was born on September 27th, 1935. Lula Nan's father was Nathan Norfleet Nelms and her mother was Grace Lee Veasey. Her maternal grandparents were Samuel 'Sam' Henry Veasey and Lula Belle Roberts. She had two brothers and a sister, named Samuel Grey, Nathan and Selma Lee. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 69 on April 8th, 2005 in Durham, Durham Co, NC. She was buried on April 11th, 2005 in Stem Cemetery, Stem, Granville Co, NC.General Notes
