Effie Rice Mitchell 
Effie Rice was born in 1895. Effie Rice's father was Henry Dolores Mitchell and her mother was Lena Elizabeth Baker. Her maternal grandparents were William Thomas Baker and Frances "Fanny" B. Givens. She had a brother and three sisters, named Ernest Baker, Blanche, Fannie Mary and Flora. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 52 in 1947.General Notes
