Sir William Mallory of Papworth 
William was born in 1375 in Kirkby Mallory, Leicestershire, England.1 William's father was Sir Anketil Mallory Lord of Kirkby Mallory and his mother was Alice Driby. His maternal grandparents were John de Driby and Amy de Gaveston. He had three sisters named Katherine, Margery and Ela. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had two half-sisters named Jane and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 70 in 1445 in Caxton (Papworth St. Agnes), Cambridgeshire, England.2 General Notes
