Margaret Lindsay 
Margaret was born about 1314 in Castle Crawford, Lanarkshire, Scotland. Margaret's father was Lord of Crawford Sir David De Lindsay and her mother was Mary de Abernethy. Her maternal grandfather was Sir Alexander de Abernethy. She had four brothers and a sister, named Sir Alexander, Philip, Sir William, Sir James and Beatrix. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died in 1372 in Elderslie, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland.-
