George Washington Joyce 
George Washington was born on October 29th, 1875 in Aud, Osage Co, MO.1 George Washington's father was William Joyce and his mother was Mary Adeline Holland. His paternal grandparents were Martin James Joyce and Sarah Anne Roberts. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Oscar M., Sidney Joseph, Houston L., Frank, Unnamed Son, Lloyd Lindsay, Alonzo Walter, Unnamed Daughter, Florence, Dortha L., Ettie and Annie. He was the fourth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 29 on June 6th, 1905 in Aud, Osage Co, MO. He was buried in Wilhoit Cemetery, Osage Co, MO.1 1 General Notes
