John Henry Givens 
John Henry was born on April 6th, 1849 in Hopkins Co., Ky.. John Henry's father was Thomas Karr Givens and his mother was Judith Cary Bell Gist. His paternal grandparents were James Kerr Givens and Margaret Poage Givens. He was an only child. He died at the age of 75 on April 7th, 1924.General Notes
